Thinking Word — puerile- Click for pronunciation -adjective: Displaying or suggesting a lack of maturity; juvenile; childish.--/Surely you must agree that his statement is a puerile comment from a man who should know better./ The three young couples were engaging in rather puerile and absurd conversations./ Upon closer examination, the comment was shown to be puerile and not well thought out.
