"We'll know our disinformation program is complete when everything the American public believes is false."
—William Casey CIA director 1981
The bigger the lie the greater its acceptance because people cannot believe authority figures would ignore reality.
To find truth we must hate the lie more than love accepted beliefs.
Fraud vitiates everything it touches. (common law maxim) Nudd v. Burrows (1875) 91 U.S. 416.
Fraud destroys the validity of everything into which it enters. Boyce's Executors v. Grundy (1830) 28 U.S. 210.
Fraud vitiates the most solemn contracts, documents and even judgments. United States v. Throckmorton (1878) 98 JU.S. 61.70.

The accepted cosmogony/cosmology (origin and nature of the universe) belief is:

FORWARD
The accepted cosmogony/cosmology (origin and nature of the universe) belief is:
A Big Bang of nothing created an infinite meaningless universe containing atomic dust that gravitationally accreted into heavenly bodies including our Earthball moving in several different directions at 2.8 million mph and holding an atmosphere next to the vacuum of space while spontaneously forming life from primeval sludge that then evolved into complicated rocks called humans with no free will.
Long ago it became clear to me that the materialistic evolutionary part of that credo was false.
But I was on board with the cosmology part. After all, we see rocket ships going to and fro, there is a "Space Force," pictures of Earth and planets abound, astronauts float around and in the International Space Station, thousands of people and billions of dollars support it, and, of course, "all" the experts believe.
To question this is to be a conspiracy theorist, misinformationist, or even a lunatic. Oh my, we must, after all, follow the crowd.
The idea that we are being lied to about space didn't even enter my mind until a few months ago when what was left of my naive and trusting innocence had been totally demolished with the COVID-19 fraud.
We, the crowd, extend our trust to institutions charged with looking after our interests. But government, Big Medicine, education, media, industry, Big Tech, science, and NASA chase money, their own security, and even power over us.
That should not inspire confidence in beliefs they create, promote, protect with censorship, and even demand acceptance of.
If we want truth, we have to find it ourselves. To do that requires the opposite of trusting in others. It means sleuthing what the powers that be try to hide from us in internet archives, banned videos, censored "disinformation," and what "fact checkers" say isn't so.
Probing into the subject I was stunned to learn that:
That means unproven beliefs, stories, and even fakery are being passed off as science and truth.
This subject may seem inconsequential to everyday life. But that's only true if we aren't being lied to about it. If the truth is being hidden from us, we can be sure of one thing, it's not being done for our benefit.
Truth seekers learn that the scale and ostentatiousness of lies being fed to us means nothing can be tacitly trusted.
Everything of importance from government, media, industry, medicine, education, economics, science, history, religion, and popular society must be assumed to be false unless we prove otherwise by doing our homework and thinking critically.
This series will provide wake-up information to help you discover lies as big as the universe.

With health, all things are possible, without it almost nothing is.
Health should be priority. But how to achieve it seems confusing and elusive.
Such uncertainty leads to reliance on supposed experts, like doctors who are trained in disease, not health. The fastest growing industry in the developed world is modern medicine. It profits off illness, not health. It's the number one killer, unbeknownst to almost everyone parading into doctor's offices. Surrender, dependence, opinions, and beliefs don't create health. As the wise saying goes, if we want something done right, we better do it ourselves. Being a do-it-yourselfer on health seems daunting. But it's not if we understand what we are and where we came from. We aren't just evolved packages of nuts and bolts that can evolve to accommodate any modern circumstance or be manipulated with impunity, as is the materialistic medicine approach--and the naïve AI dream. The body is an incomprehensible complex machine. As such, we must understand its owner's manual. That manual requires recognizing our natural roots and genetics. From the perspective of time, think of a line 300 miles long representing the estimated history of life on Earth (3.5 billion years). The final inch of that line would be the time since the Industrial Revolution, the last 200 years or so. That's when all the modernity we now find ourselves enveloped by got under full steam. Put another way, if the time that life has been on Earth was one year, the modern industrial era would be less than two seconds. Although we've grown up assuming fluorescent lights, water in plastic bottles, polyester, and Froot Loops are normal, they aren't. The modern world is a totally unique circumstance from the perspective of our genetics. Our genetic owner's manual is about the 300 miles before the industrial era., not the last inch. Genetics and epigenetics permit a degree of adaptation, but not on the scale imposed upon us in this last one inch. Sedentary living, diet pop, morning pep pills, noon tranquilizers, evening sedatives, oleomargarine, Tums, and drugs for every ache, pain, or wannabe mental or physical desire are not in the manual's pages. Today virtually no fat in any human body in North America doesn't contain DDT, polystyrene, Dioxin, microplastics, drug residues, and other unnatural toxic substances. Consider the genetic owner's manual for fish. Fish genes are programmed to accept only specific environmental data, such as life in water and the cuisine of smaller fish or other natural foods found there. If a fish is fed lasagna, forced to live in an industrial sludge pond, or taken out of water it will become dis-eased, flop, gasp, and die. Similarly, when we thumb our noses at our owner's manual and take ourselves out of the genetic context we were designed for, we become dis-eased and die prematurely. This results in adult-onset, chronic degenerative diseases such as heart disease, cancer, arthritis, allergies, obesity, autoimmune disorders, dental deterioration, mental disorders, premature aging, infertility, and so on. This is our flopping and gasping from repudiating our owner's manual and living in a world we are not designed for. Due to the resiliency of young bodies, such diseases may not become manifest until the later years of life. However, they begin as early as the womb. This makes it difficult to associate them with their true causes: lifestyle, food, and environmental changes. The problem is not that enough dollars are siphoned into healthcare by a medical system that does not understand health or how to achieve it. No disease has ever been caused by a lack of a drug. This simple concept—that we are designed for a natural world—is the answer. Swept along by the ease, frills, and awe of modernity, the implications are ignored. Instead, we eat anything that tastes good, despoil our environment, seek comfort and ease, don't exercise regularly, and take whatever injection or pill that doctors who "know best" prescribe. The simple truth is that complex machinery not in its proper environmental context and used according to the way it is designed, fails and breaks. Our genes expect us naked, barefoot, in the wild, exposed to sun, fresh air, and water, working hard every day to make shelter and find food that can be eaten in its natural state. Granted we can't now easily achieve that ideal. But to the degree we can duplicate it is the degree to which we will achieve optimal health.
