Thinking about...
A
In This Section: Ground rules must be laid before decisions can be made about what is right or wrong, true or untrue. It is not enough to start with a belief and proceed from there. Unjustified belief is in large part the reason the world continues to teeter on the precipice, why so many people suffer as they do, and why we are kept guessing and floundering. If truth matters, thinking must matter. Here are the simple thinking principles anyone can apply to start solving life's problems.
B
In This Section: Health is a decision, not something that happens to us by accident. It is also a moral choice and duty, not just to self but also to those who love us and to society at large. Others should not have to mourn our pain nor pay for our care because we decided to live a life of neglect and abuse. To make healthy choices in life requires that we understand what we biologically are and how we fit into our world. Unlike in times gone by when the rigors of the wild mandated the lives we led, today, with so many choices, we must use intelligence and foresightβthe SOLVER principlesβif we wish to be healthy. There are as many different opinions on health as there are doctors and books to express them. But opinion is not what we are after; truth is our goal. Truth always lies within, and these chapters will help you think your way to being the healthiest you can be.
C
In This Section: The modern commercial world would lead us to believe that experts, technology, and industry can fill our every need. All that is required of us is money. This mindset dangerously pervades healthcare, partly because medicine is a profitable business, but also because consumers are lazy and want others to take care of them. Yet health is not something somebody else does to us. It comes from within and cannot be purchased. It is a garden we individually sow and nurture. Letting our health go to weed and wither and then expecting medicine to fix it is unrealistic. Even if free insurance, drugs, and medical services were in limitless supply, the idea that humans are a mere assemblage of material parts and pieces, and that broken health can be serviced like a washing machine, remains dead wrongβand deadly.
D
In This Section: Although there exists every imaginable diet, and everyone has advice about what to eat, there is only one healthy option. It is neither a mystery nor is it a problem for technology and commerce to solve. We are finely tuned, genetically programmed creatures that have specific requirements. All we need to do is open our eyes to let nature teach us. It is a matter of becoming reacquainted with what we already intuitively know but have been distracted from by the modern world. Armed with correct thinking we become our own best nutritionists without ever having to count calories, think about cholesterol, fiber, protein, or carbs, and without being misled by any other fad that comes along.
E
In This Section: The health of the mind is directly linked to physical health, which in turn is determined by lifestyle, exercise, and nutrition. On the other hand, the mind can influence the health of the physical body. Mood, hope, happiness, and fulfillment affect our lives and at the same time are products of how we live them. Modern life has made us increasingly dependent for even our basic needs. When things go wrong, such dependency makes it easy to blame others and feel victimized. But we are never really pawns, nor is life a guarantee. Seeing life as an opportunity over which we have control is the key to mental health.
F
In This Section: Pets are wonderful reminders of our origins. They tell us that although we may have conquered nature in many respects, we are still a part of it. Without speaking a word, they can also teach us about love, devotion, kindness, compassion, and responsibility. Pets are also mentally and physically therapeutic. But with the decision to, in effect, take pets from nature and remove their options, comes the serious responsibility of providing for their mental and physical well being. To do that requires more than packages of food and shelter. We must do for them what we must do for ourselves in order to achieve health: return to nature.
G
In This Section: We once thought that we were separate from our environment, from the trees, sun, animals, and air. We once threw garbage out our car windows without a care. The world was so vast it could absorb anything we did and not be phased. As population swells, Earth's resources bottom out, refuse piles up, and we choke on our own exhaust we begin to see that the environment and we are one and the same. Harm to one brings harm to the other. Expansive thinking, foresight, compassion, selflessness, and love are the tools we need to sharpen if we are to survive on planet Earth.
H
In This Section: Business, money, and jobs are the lifeblood of modern society. Although economics occupies so much of life, little thought is given to its methods and impact. By going with the flow and racing for dollars we too easily lose sight of the ethics that must be employed in their accumulation and use. Economics is not a neutral human activity. It has limitless potential for both good and bad.
I
In This Section: Although freedom is everyone's desire, once we left the woods and decided to pack together into society, imposed order became necessary. Order requires rules, and rules infringe on freedoms. The only way to strike the fine balance between freedom and the necessary limitations upon it is to apply thinking and the long view. If we do that, the world can come to unity, there will be no unfair discrimination, no despotic governmental oppression, decency, safety, and justice will prevail, and all people will be free to achieve their potential.
J
In This Section: Each of us comes from a family, we are part of a family, and we can create a family. It is the foundation of life and the cornerstone of society. Marriage, sex, and children are not rights to do with as we please, mere entertainment, or things to serve only selfish purposes. A more sober and rational view grounds us in realistic expectations, reveals the ethical responsibilities family implies, and brings us the sense of belonging, security, love, and happiness we all yearn for.
K
In This Section: Life presents many surprises. Some are pleasant, even wonderful. Some are painful and tragic. We can learn from these events, even learn from the experiences of others to try to carve out a better life and avoid the bad parts. As we look back we will often think, "If I only knew then what I know now." This Section gives a heads up on what life brings. You can learn from this or repeat it all for yourself and then say one day, "If I had only listened to what I read in that (this) book!"
L
In This Section: To not explore the fullness of the gift of life by improving oneself is a waste and a tragedy. Here are ideas and motivation to become the best you can be.
M
In This Section: Before one can begin the journey to a successful life, a road map and ground rules are necessary. Most fundamentally, human life and health must take priority. If we begin with that premise, ethics can make sense and not be subject to the vicissitudes of libertine relativism. Commonly recognized, but rarely admitted, the universe not only has inherent laws that define and govern the physical world, but the world of choice as well. The ethical/moral laws embedded in the universe cannot be altered, and consequences from violating them are certain. To understand what these ethical standards are does not require consulting with others. They are indelibly written within each of us like involuntary heart rhythm and respiration. Unlike those physiological processes, however, the laws of ethics are there for us to either heed or ignore. Life is about choices, and they are all ultimately ethical and moral choices. Nothing is truly neutral since all things are interconnected, if even by a very thin and long thread. How we spend our time and energy either contributes to the improvement of the human condition, or subtracts from it. There are always good things that can be done and if we are not doing them, that is also a choice. Listening to the voice within, being true to it, facing reality, and keeping long-term consequences always in mind provides the best direction for a life well lived.
N
In This Section: To become better people and to make a better world requires setting aside cherished beliefs, facing reality, and, a most difficult task, change. By using the SOLVER principles, not only do our underlying problems become manifest, but truth has a chance of being brought into focus, and with that, hope for a better and brighter future.
A
In This Section: There is truth in an absolute sense out there waiting for discovery. But finding it will not be as simple as keeping beliefs we were spoon fed as a child or following popular opinion.
B
In This Section: Whether we believe we are the product of evolutionary happenstance or the purposeful act of intelligence profoundly affects how we behave and approach life. Religions claim to have the answer. Evolutionists say they have a better one. Perhaps one is right or perhaps they are both wrong. We will never know unless we leave our beliefs behind, approach the question as if thinking matters, and let the evidence lead.
C
In This Section: The application of logic and a fair consideration of the evidence proves that mind, not matter, underlies our reality.
D
In This Section: People do not come to the subject of religion using reason and evidence. Instead, belief and faith are thought necessary. But they aren't. The universe is scientifically true, rational, and without contradiction. The cause of that universe should have those same qualities, as should any religion that puts itself forth as representing that cause.
E
In This Section: Although it seems that our world is the extent of reality, it isn't. Reason and modern physics prove that matter is an illusion. Real reality provides boundless possibilities beyond the constraints of time and physicality.
F
In This Section: Matter cannot account for our complexity, consciousness, and free will. We are, therefore, something other than the body we occupy.

COSMOLOGY LIES AS BIG AS THE UNIVERSE

"We'll know our disinformation program is complete when everything the American public believes is false."
—William Casey CIA director 1981
The bigger the lie the greater its acceptance because people cannot believe authority figures would ignore reality.
To find truth we must hate the lie more than love accepted beliefs.
Fraud vitiates everything it touches. (common law maxim) Nudd v. Burrows (1875) 91 U.S. 416.
Fraud destroys the validity of everything into which it enters. Boyce's Executors v. Grundy (1830) 28 U.S. 210.
Fraud vitiates the most solemn contracts, documents and even judgments. United States v. Throckmorton (1878) 98 JU.S. 61.70.

The accepted cosmogony/cosmology (origin and nature of the universe) belief is:

FORWARD
The accepted cosmogony/cosmology (origin and nature of the universe) belief is:
A Big Bang of nothing created an infinite meaningless universe containing atomic dust that gravitationally accreted into heavenly bodies including our Earthball moving in several different directions at 2.8 million mph and holding an atmosphere next to the vacuum of space while spontaneously forming life from primeval sludge that then evolved into complicated rocks called humans with no free will.
Long ago it became clear to me that the materialistic evolutionary part of that credo was false.
But I was on board with the cosmology part. After all, we see rocket ships going to and fro, there is a "Space Force," pictures of Earth and planets abound, astronauts float around and in the International Space Station, thousands of people and billions of dollars support it, and, of course, "all" the experts believe.
To question this is to be a conspiracy theorist, misinformationist, or even a lunatic. Oh my, we must, after all, follow the crowd.
The idea that we are being lied to about space didn't even enter my mind until a few months ago when what was left of my naive and trusting innocence had been totally demolished with the COVID-19 fraud.
We, the crowd, extend our trust to institutions charged with looking after our interests. But government, Big Medicine, education, media, industry, Big Tech, science, and NASA chase money, their own security, and even power over us.
That should not inspire confidence in beliefs they create, promote, protect with censorship, and even demand acceptance of.
If we want truth, we have to find it ourselves. To do that requires the opposite of trusting in others. It means sleuthing what the powers that be try to hide from us in internet archives, banned videos, censored "disinformation," and what "fact checkers" say isn't so.
Probing into the subject I was stunned to learn that:
That means unproven beliefs, stories, and even fakery are being passed off as science and truth.
This subject may seem inconsequential to everyday life. But that's only true if we aren't being lied to about it. If the truth is being hidden from us, we can be sure of one thing, it's not being done for our benefit.
Truth seekers learn that the scale and ostentatiousness of lies being fed to us means nothing can be tacitly trusted.
Everything of importance from government, media, industry, medicine, education, economics, science, history, religion, and popular society must be assumed to be false unless we prove otherwise by doing our homework and thinking critically.
This series will provide wake-up information to help you discover lies as big as the universe.

Healthy Dos And Don'ts
One idea for each week in the year:
1. ResponsibilityβTake responsibility for yourself. You alone are the master of your health destiny. With all the easy access information on the internet, there is no reason to be uninformed or dependent on a medical community that profits from your illness. 2. PhilosophyβYou are a natural creature designed to live in nature. Health is proportional to the degree you live in accordance with your genetic design. 3. PreventionβPrevention is not a vaccine, pill, test, or check-up. It's you following your natural owner's manual. 4. IllnessβThe first thing to do is to recognize that you have done something to cause it, or have not done something to prevent it. Then, stop eating for the first day or two. The digestion of food requires immune system attention and diverts the strength and energy the body needs to fight the disease and heal. 5. InjuryβHeat the whole body or the body part to speed recovery. Only use cold packs for the first few hours after the injury. Exercise the part as soon as it can be done without undue pain. Heat and exercise improve circulation and bring healing elements to the injury, speed their activity, and ferry debris, toxins, and pathogen carcasses away. For overuse injuries, there is no substitute for resting the part for a time. β6. WaterβTry to drink at least two quarts of purified (not bottled) water each day. Drink more if sweating, thirsty or ill. Get it done before mid-afternoon so you don't interrupt sleep with a full bladder. Add trace mineral natural salt, lemon juice(citrate) and/or apple cider vinegar(malate) to help reverse high body acid (acidemia), an underlying cause of illness vulnerability. 7. Processed oilsβAvoid hydrogenated and all other heat-processed oils as much as possible. Hydrogenated oils are toxic, and heat-processed oils are oxidized, making them toxic as well. Best choices for cooking are natural, more heat-stable saturated fats such as butter, and oils such as coconut, palm, sesame, avocado, and olive. 8. SunβThe sun is the energy that underlies all life. It has a critical impact on mood, immunity, general health, and vitality. Try to expose as much of the skin as possible to the sun every day for at least 20-30 minutes. In sunlight, the skin synthesizes the most important vitamin/hormone in the body, vitamin D. Avoid sunburn. Use natural sunscreens, shade, and clothing to prevent overexposure. Use sun-mimicking, full-spectrum lighting in the home. 9. Cosmetics and personal care productsβRead the labels. If the ingredients are not natural, don't use them. What is put on the skin is absorbed into the body 10. Living foodβMake raw food the predominant part of the diet. It's what every other creature on the planet eats. Supplement with food enzymes to assist digestion if eating cooked or processed, and therefore, enzyme-devoid foods. 11. Probioticsβ There are more microorganisms in the intestinal tract than the total number of cells in the body. This intestinal microbiome is destroyed or thrown out of balance with the use of antibiotics, pharmaceuticals, and improper foods. Supplement the diet with probiotic cultures and eat foods such as yogurt (non-sugared), kefir, raw fermented sour kraut, and other cultured products. Probiotic bacteria fight pathogens, boost immunity, and synthesize vitamins, enzymes, and other nutritional factors. 12. Vitamins and mineralsβTake full-spectrum supplements every day. Modern factory farming and food processing diminish these nutrients in the food supply. The stresses of modern life also increase our needs. Larger doses than contained in the average diet have been proven to prevent and reverse many diseases. β13. Antioxidantsβ The oxidant (acid) burden on the body caused by modern living needs to be counteracted. Take antioxidant supplements (at least vitamins A, C, and E) and eat fresh fruits and vegetables. 14. Organic and pasture raisedβFoods raised in this way are higher in nutrients and lower in toxins. Such farming methods are environmentally friendly, more sustainable, more nutritious, and more humane. 15. Nontoxic homeβChoose the least toxic home construction materials and cleaning supplies. 16. Lab testsβAvoid medical tests unless there is a manifest problem. False positives can harm with the stress of worry or unnecessary dangerous treatments. If you feel healthy, that's the best test. Don't assume tests such as prostate, colon, and breast screenings are necessary. They are unproven and are not "prevention." They direct people into the medical mill and divert attention from where it belongs: taking control of one's own health destiny. 17. Exercise-- Match activity to how much you want to eat. Physical work, walking, spurts of exercise that elevate breathing and heartbeat, weight-bearing exercises, and sports are good options. The body will become what is demanded of it: fat, incapable, and diseased, or fit, capable, and healthy. 18. VarietyβEat a variety of foods to decrease the odds of toxicity and broaden the spectrum of nutrients. It's not necessary to get every nutrient at each meal. The body has reserves it can draw on. 19. CookingβDo as little of it as possible. Heat is the enemy of nutrients. When cooking, use high temperature for short time to preserve the most nutritional value. Top and bottom double contact table top grills with ceramic surfaces, and steam ovens are good choices. 20. DairyβRaw, non-homogenized, and non-pasteurized milk, cheeses, and whole milk yogurt are best. Find a dairy farm where you can buy part of a cow and then legally obtain raw whole milk from it. 21. Omega-3 fatty acidsβTo increase these essential nutrients, eat more cold-water wild fish, wild meat, grass-fed meats, raw vegetables, and tree nuts. Supplements, such as those produced from wild salmon and krill, should be kept refrigerated or frozen, and protected from light and air. 22. Dental healthβDiseased gums and teeth can seed the body with infection and depress the immune system. Keep teeth clean and do not permit dental procedures that destroy or remove tooth structure unless there is no alternative. If repair is needed, do not use toxic mercury/silver amalgam; use porcelain or gold instead. Find a holistic dentist who will remove amalgam and uses less invasive technologies such as tooth-preserving laser. Using peroxide-based teeth whitening agents too frequently and highly acidic drinks and foods can damage irreplaceable tooth enamel. 23. VaccinesβAvoid them. Health is the best immunity. If taken, the killed varieties in oral or nasal form are most natural and safe. Use natural supplements with scientifically proven immune-stimulating and antipathogen properties, such as selenium, quercetin, turmeric, echinacea, astragalus, burdock root, goldenseal, vitamin D, and probiotics. Hydrating with up to a gallon of alkaline water per day, and reducing or eliminating processed sugar helps prevent and reverse infections. 24. PharmaceuticalsβAvoid symptom-based medications if at all possible. Removing symptoms does not cure disease, and there are too many potential adverse side effects. No disease was ever caused by a deficiency of a pharmaceutical. β β25. RadiationβAvoid it if at all possible. All diagnostic and therapeutic radiation is harmful and cumulative. Radiofrequency (RF) electromagnetic radiation of WiFi and phones can disrupt health in a number of ways, including cell signaling, sleep, memory, learning, and is proven to be carcinogenic. Hardwire computers to the internet, don't hold phones to the ear, and turn them off when not in use. 26. DietingβEat natural foods, reduce all carbohydrates, and change lifestyle as described here. Skip meals unless there is hunger and food is deserved due to physical exertion. 27. Eat lessβEating less does more to extend life than almost anything else that can be done. Don't eat unless hungry, and stop when the feeling of fullness begins. 28. Avoid sugarβRefined sugar is an unnatural food and is addictive, toxic, and feeds pathogens and cancer. 29. Grain and legumes, be carefulβGrains and legumes are unnatural foods. In their raw form, they are toxic, and in their refined white flour form are another form of sugar. If they are eaten, whole grains are more nutritious. Sprouted grains are the healthiest form since sprouting converts grains to vegetables, which can even be eaten raw. 30. Avoid hospitals and doctors' officesβModern medicine is the number one killer. Except for emergencies, stay away and learn how to take care of yourself. 31. Nurse infantsβThe breast is the fountain of health, not just an item of adornment. Formula is the granddaddy of all junk foods. Children raised on formula suffer in innumerable ways, including brain and eye development. 32. CircumcisionβJust say no. Circumcision removes functional aspects of the penis. 33. Four white poisonsβWhite flour, sugar, processed oil, and refined salt are unnatural, nutrient-stripped, and toxic over time. Avoid them or replace them with their whole natural counterparts. 34. SunscreensβDon't use the synthetic versions. They permit overexposure and potential skin damage. If in danger of sunburn, cover up with clothes, seek shade, and limit sun exposure. β35. SleepβGet as much as your body and brain need. If sleeplessness is a problem, get more physically active during the day. Avoid stimulating foods and addictive sleep medicines. 36. NapβIf tired, take a mid-day nap for rejuvenation. Even a few minutes can make a huge difference in the rest of the day. 37. TimingβMornings are usually best for mental activity, afternoons for physical. Listen to your rhythms and obey. 38. NatureβTry to get outside every day. Take vacations in nature. The mind and body need rejuvenation by regularly getting reacquainted with where they came from. 39. Serious diseaseβAct now to prevent it. If stricken with cancer, heart disease, diabetes, arthritis, or the like, reflect on what YOU have done to cause it. Do not just surrender to the medical machine. Get many opinions, study hard, and research all alternative therapies. Give acupuncture, herbs, natural diet, homeopathy, naturopathy, and other natural therapies a chance. Alternative medicine at least tries to address causes, which is a leg up on conventional medicine that focuses on naming and categorizing diseases and treating their symptoms. 40. BeveragesβSoft drinks, alcohol, and fruit drinks are addictive, acidifying, and a sugar and chemical assault. Drink water. Juice whole fruits and veggies if a drink is desired. 41. GlassesβAvoid them until there is no alternative. Glasses are like crutches in that they weaken the very organ needing strength. Explore exercise methods to improve vision. β42. Don't be sillyβSmoking, drinking, drugs, not wearing a seat belt, and standing on the top of a stepladder are invitations for disaster. Do the common-sense things to give life and health the best odds. 43. Local foodsβWhatever the climate, the foods that are grown there are the healthiest for residents there. Tropical foods are best in the tropics and northern foods best for the cold. 44. 100% completeβNobody knows how to make a 100% complete food since nobody has 100% complete knowledge of nutrition. 45. Swimming poolsβFind non-chlorinated pools that have been ozonated, treated with ultraviolet light, or salt water treated. Chlorine is absorbed by the skin and is carcinogenic. Breathing it can cause lung damage or a form of pneumonia. If using a chlorinated pool, limit the time in it and shower thoroughly after. 46. House plantsβGrow lots of them. They filter the air, produce oxygen, and add life to the home. 47. Fat and cholesterolβNatural fats and oils are the premier energy source. If dietary carbohydrates are replaced with fats and proteins, the body will store less fat and be more inclined to burn the fat that is stored. Cholesterol should not be feared. It's necessary to produce hormones and other important biochemicals. If it's not consumed, the body will produce it. 48. VentilateβBring fresh air into the home and exhaust the old. To freshen indoor air use negative ion generators, filters, and plants. Use a central vacuum system that exhausts to the outside, not back into the home. 49. FeverβThe heat of fever is the body's mechanism for destroying pathogens and speeding immune response. Welcome it, don't subdue it with dangerous pharmaceuticals. 50. Food for ageβThe young and the old have the highest demands for quality food. Supplements and nutrient-dense foods high in protein and micronutrients are critical for the young because of their growth demands, and for the elderly because of a decreased ability to assimilate nutrients. 51. GarbageβThe more natural food scraps being composted or put in the garbage, compared to processed food packaging, the healthier you will be. 52. Birthday suitβWe were not designed to wear clothes. Live where the least amount of them are required. Get them off at every opportunity such as in bed and for full body sun and air baths, if you can find a place where you will not get arrested for doing so.
