Since coronavirus is proven to be vulnerable to IV vitamin C, what do I do if the doctor or hospital will not give it?

People naturally have a sense of unease when entering powerful institutions, like a courtroom, police station, or government office. It's a feeling of insecurity, powerlessness, and potential victimhood. Only those who know and can assert their rights have a chance against those who may abuse their positions of authority.
Doctor's offices and hospitals can create the same anxiety. If you weren't really ill before you went there, the stress from the visit itself could make you sick.
The thing to keep in mind with the medical system is that you are the boss of your own body. Even if you sign consent forms, you can change your mind and revoke it for any future action doctors want to take. Your rights over your own body supersede those of any institution or imperious doctor. Patients are the most powerful people in hospitals.
If you are hospitalized and do not have your wits about you, then your spouse or a family member can make decisions and change the form.
You can also edit any consent form or make additions as to what you want to be done. For example, you could state that you want 25 gms of IV vitamin C each day until you direct otherwise. (A wise idea, considering this can prevent or help virtually any illness.)
If they refuse you admission, have them put it in writing and suggest they show their lawyers. Chances are you will be admitted. They do not have the power they are trying to assert.
Such control can mean life or death for you. Modern medicine is now the number one killer and maimer. This does not include the disease, death, and maiming resulting from not using natural nontoxic therapies. Medical errors alone cause the death of an estimated 400,000 each year, over 1,000 people each day. And that's an underestimate since probably more than that are ignored or hidden. Hospitals and doctors don't like to report such things. You think?
Back to one thing you could insist on. Kenneth Walker, MD, a surgeon says, "If a family member of mine died due to coronavirus infection after a doctor refused to use intravenous vitamin C, I would challenge his or her treatment in a court of law. I would win." (Don't assume by this that coronavirus is the current threat it is being portrayed as. See: Randy Wysong's answer to How dangerous is the 2019-nCoV coronavirus?)
If you research the antiviral and health benefits of IV vitamin C you will understand his confidence. A good place to start is: http://www.doctoryourself.com/VC.NZ.Sept.2010.pdf and Vitamin C And The Law.
New USA legislation, called the Right to Try Act gives patients and doctors much more latitude in using unconventional therapies. Welcome To Orthomolecular.org says, ". . . in regards to intravenous vitamin C, do not accept stories that "the hospital can't" or "the doctor can't" or that "the state won't allow it." If you hear any of this malarkey, please send the Orthomolecular Medicine News Service the text of the policy or the law that says so. In the meantime, take the reins and get vitamin C in the veins."
We each have a responsibility for our own health. If we choose to engage others, don't surrender to them. Keep your responsibility. Your odds of success will be vastly improved.
Words of Wisdom:
The idea of medical dependency is a carryover from childhood. A pampered child that is hurt is at the mercy of pain, fear, and loneliness. Doting parents have taught him to look to others for help. He has no clue about his own resources. His devoted friends and relatives, in trying to protect him from ordinary discomforts have left him defenseless and exposed to greater trouble and danger. As an adult, that danger is vulnerability to the number one killer, modern medicine.
