Thinking about...
A
In This Section: Ground rules must be laid before decisions can be made about what is right or wrong, true or untrue. It is not enough to start with a belief and proceed from there. Unjustified belief is in large part the reason the world continues to teeter on the precipice, why so many people suffer as they do, and why we are kept guessing and floundering. If truth matters, thinking must matter. Here are the simple thinking principles anyone can apply to start solving life's problems.
B
In This Section: Health is a decision, not something that happens to us by accident. It is also a moral choice and duty, not just to self but also to those who love us and to society at large. Others should not have to mourn our pain nor pay for our care because we decided to live a life of neglect and abuse. To make healthy choices in life requires that we understand what we biologically are and how we fit into our world. Unlike in times gone by when the rigors of the wild mandated the lives we led, today, with so many choices, we must use intelligence and foresightβthe SOLVER principlesβif we wish to be healthy. There are as many different opinions on health as there are doctors and books to express them. But opinion is not what we are after; truth is our goal. Truth always lies within, and these chapters will help you think your way to being the healthiest you can be.
C
In This Section: The modern commercial world would lead us to believe that experts, technology, and industry can fill our every need. All that is required of us is money. This mindset dangerously pervades healthcare, partly because medicine is a profitable business, but also because consumers are lazy and want others to take care of them. Yet health is not something somebody else does to us. It comes from within and cannot be purchased. It is a garden we individually sow and nurture. Letting our health go to weed and wither and then expecting medicine to fix it is unrealistic. Even if free insurance, drugs, and medical services were in limitless supply, the idea that humans are a mere assemblage of material parts and pieces, and that broken health can be serviced like a washing machine, remains dead wrongβand deadly.
D
In This Section: Although there exists every imaginable diet, and everyone has advice about what to eat, there is only one healthy option. It is neither a mystery nor is it a problem for technology and commerce to solve. We are finely tuned, genetically programmed creatures that have specific requirements. All we need to do is open our eyes to let nature teach us. It is a matter of becoming reacquainted with what we already intuitively know but have been distracted from by the modern world. Armed with correct thinking we become our own best nutritionists without ever having to count calories, think about cholesterol, fiber, protein, or carbs, and without being misled by any other fad that comes along.
E
In This Section: The health of the mind is directly linked to physical health, which in turn is determined by lifestyle, exercise, and nutrition. On the other hand, the mind can influence the health of the physical body. Mood, hope, happiness, and fulfillment affect our lives and at the same time are products of how we live them. Modern life has made us increasingly dependent for even our basic needs. When things go wrong, such dependency makes it easy to blame others and feel victimized. But we are never really pawns, nor is life a guarantee. Seeing life as an opportunity over which we have control is the key to mental health.
F
In This Section: Pets are wonderful reminders of our origins. They tell us that although we may have conquered nature in many respects, we are still a part of it. Without speaking a word, they can also teach us about love, devotion, kindness, compassion, and responsibility. Pets are also mentally and physically therapeutic. But with the decision to, in effect, take pets from nature and remove their options, comes the serious responsibility of providing for their mental and physical well being. To do that requires more than packages of food and shelter. We must do for them what we must do for ourselves in order to achieve health: return to nature.
G
In This Section: We once thought that we were separate from our environment, from the trees, sun, animals, and air. We once threw garbage out our car windows without a care. The world was so vast it could absorb anything we did and not be phased. As population swells, Earth's resources bottom out, refuse piles up, and we choke on our own exhaust we begin to see that the environment and we are one and the same. Harm to one brings harm to the other. Expansive thinking, foresight, compassion, selflessness, and love are the tools we need to sharpen if we are to survive on planet Earth.
H
In This Section: Business, money, and jobs are the lifeblood of modern society. Although economics occupies so much of life, little thought is given to its methods and impact. By going with the flow and racing for dollars we too easily lose sight of the ethics that must be employed in their accumulation and use. Economics is not a neutral human activity. It has limitless potential for both good and bad.
I
In This Section: Although freedom is everyone's desire, once we left the woods and decided to pack together into society, imposed order became necessary. Order requires rules, and rules infringe on freedoms. The only way to strike the fine balance between freedom and the necessary limitations upon it is to apply thinking and the long view. If we do that, the world can come to unity, there will be no unfair discrimination, no despotic governmental oppression, decency, safety, and justice will prevail, and all people will be free to achieve their potential.
J
In This Section: Each of us comes from a family, we are part of a family, and we can create a family. It is the foundation of life and the cornerstone of society. Marriage, sex, and children are not rights to do with as we please, mere entertainment, or things to serve only selfish purposes. A more sober and rational view grounds us in realistic expectations, reveals the ethical responsibilities family implies, and brings us the sense of belonging, security, love, and happiness we all yearn for.
K
In This Section: Life presents many surprises. Some are pleasant, even wonderful. Some are painful and tragic. We can learn from these events, even learn from the experiences of others to try to carve out a better life and avoid the bad parts. As we look back we will often think, "If I only knew then what I know now." This Section gives a heads up on what life brings. You can learn from this or repeat it all for yourself and then say one day, "If I had only listened to what I read in that (this) book!"
L
In This Section: To not explore the fullness of the gift of life by improving oneself is a waste and a tragedy. Here are ideas and motivation to become the best you can be.
M
In This Section: Before one can begin the journey to a successful life, a road map and ground rules are necessary. Most fundamentally, human life and health must take priority. If we begin with that premise, ethics can make sense and not be subject to the vicissitudes of libertine relativism. Commonly recognized, but rarely admitted, the universe not only has inherent laws that define and govern the physical world, but the world of choice as well. The ethical/moral laws embedded in the universe cannot be altered, and consequences from violating them are certain. To understand what these ethical standards are does not require consulting with others. They are indelibly written within each of us like involuntary heart rhythm and respiration. Unlike those physiological processes, however, the laws of ethics are there for us to either heed or ignore. Life is about choices, and they are all ultimately ethical and moral choices. Nothing is truly neutral since all things are interconnected, if even by a very thin and long thread. How we spend our time and energy either contributes to the improvement of the human condition, or subtracts from it. There are always good things that can be done and if we are not doing them, that is also a choice. Listening to the voice within, being true to it, facing reality, and keeping long-term consequences always in mind provides the best direction for a life well lived.
N
In This Section: To become better people and to make a better world requires setting aside cherished beliefs, facing reality, and, a most difficult task, change. By using the SOLVER principles, not only do our underlying problems become manifest, but truth has a chance of being brought into focus, and with that, hope for a better and brighter future.
A
In This Section: There is truth in an absolute sense out there waiting for discovery. But finding it will not be as simple as keeping beliefs we were spoon fed as a child or following popular opinion.
B
In This Section: Whether we believe we are the product of evolutionary happenstance or the purposeful act of intelligence profoundly affects how we behave and approach life. Religions claim to have the answer. Evolutionists say they have a better one. Perhaps one is right or perhaps they are both wrong. We will never know unless we leave our beliefs behind, approach the question as if thinking matters, and let the evidence lead.
C
In This Section: The application of logic and a fair consideration of the evidence proves that mind, not matter, underlies our reality.
D
In This Section: People do not come to the subject of religion using reason and evidence. Instead, belief and faith are thought necessary. But they aren't. The universe is scientifically true, rational, and without contradiction. The cause of that universe should have those same qualities, as should any religion that puts itself forth as representing that cause.
E
In This Section: Although it seems that our world is the extent of reality, it isn't. Reason and modern physics prove that matter is an illusion. Real reality provides boundless possibilities beyond the constraints of time and physicality.
F
In This Section: Matter cannot account for our complexity, consciousness, and free will. We are, therefore, something other than the body we occupy.

COSMOLOGY LIES AS BIG AS THE UNIVERSE

"We'll know our disinformation program is complete when everything the American public believes is false."
—William Casey CIA director 1981
The bigger the lie the greater its acceptance because people cannot believe authority figures would ignore reality.
To find truth we must hate the lie more than love accepted beliefs.
Fraud vitiates everything it touches. (common law maxim) Nudd v. Burrows (1875) 91 U.S. 416.
Fraud destroys the validity of everything into which it enters. Boyce's Executors v. Grundy (1830) 28 U.S. 210.
Fraud vitiates the most solemn contracts, documents and even judgments. United States v. Throckmorton (1878) 98 JU.S. 61.70.

FORWARD
The accepted cosmogony/cosmology (origin and nature of the universe) belief is:
A Big Bang of nothing created an infinite meaningless universe containing atomic dust that gravitationally accreted into heavenly bodies including our Earthball moving in several different directions at 2.8 million mph and holding an atmosphere next to the vacuum of space while spontaneously forming life from primeval sludge that then evolved into complicated rocks called humans with no free will.
Long ago it became clear to me that the materialistic evolutionary part of that credo was false.
But I was on board with the cosmology part. After all, we see rocket ships going to and fro, there is a "Space Force," pictures of Earth and planets abound, astronauts float around and in the International Space Station, thousands of people and billions of dollars support it, and, of course, "all" the experts believe.
To question this is to be a conspiracy theorist, misinformationist, or even a lunatic. Oh my, we must, after all, follow the crowd.
The idea that we are being lied to about space didn't even enter my mind until a few months ago when what was left of my naive and trusting innocence had been totally demolished with the COVID-19 fraud.
We, the crowd, extend our trust to institutions charged with looking after our interests. But government, Big Medicine, education, media, industry, Big Tech, science, and NASA chase money, their own security, and even power over us.
That should not inspire confidence in beliefs they create, promote, protect with censorship, and even demand acceptance of.
If we want truth, we have to find it ourselves. To do that requires the opposite of trusting in others. It means sleuthing what the powers that be try to hide from us in internet archives, banned videos, censored "disinformation," and what "fact checkers" say isn't so.
Probing into the subject I was stunned to learn that:
That means unproven beliefs, stories, and even fakery are being passed off as science and truth.
This subject may seem inconsequential to everyday life. But that's only true if we aren't being lied to about it. If the truth is being hidden from us, we can be sure of one thing, it's not being done for our benefit.
Truth seekers learn that the scale and ostentatiousness of lies being fed to us means nothing can be tacitly trusted.
Everything of importance from government, media, industry, medicine, education, economics, science, history, religion, and popular society must be assumed to be false unless we prove otherwise by doing our homework and thinking critically.
This series will provide wake-up information to help you discover lies as big as the universe.

The following is my response to a post by Christine Massey and a subsequent exchange. Her work has been cited in this newsletter showing the dubious existence of the C19 virus.
However, in a post on her website, she seemed to claim that no infectious disease exists.
This is my response and the beginning of the exchange between us.
WYSONG comments are bordered in blue.
MASSEY comments are bordered in yellow.
Wysong:
Agreed that the C19 virus does not likely exist. Agreed that other contagions promoted by big pharma/ government/media (all one and the same thing) may not exist. But I have not heard an adequate non-infection explanation for kids coming home sick from school and then the rest of the family coming down with the same symptomatology. I have also seen kennel cough in dogs spread like wildfire in healthy kennels when a new kennel cough dog was introduced. I have also cultured bacteria, tested antibiotics against them, and used the antibiotics that inhibited growth on culture plates to cure the ill animal from which the bacteria was taken. Hard to explain these as nutritional, environmental, coincidental, psychosomatic, or stress related. If you can explain, please post.
Massey:
Even if you could show that all dogs with kennel cough syndrome, and only dogs with the syndrome, have any Bordetella, correlation wouldn't prove causation. And I would be very surprised if you could even show that much. And there is no reason to assume there is 1 and only 1 causative factor - that's germ theory conditioning at work. Have you observed said microbe jumping from dog to dog and causing this condition? Again, a kid coming home from school and then everyone getting sick is not proof of contagion, far from it. We're been conditioned to blame "germs" for all manner of conditions, yet there is no science supporting germ theory (if I'm wrong please cite a valid scientific study). Pretty bizarre/suspicious given all the emphasis on "germs". But you're free to think/assume whatever you like. I'm here discussing the lack of science where we're told science exists, not "maybes" and expectations. I'm not aware of any science showing that parasites cause disease. Feel free to share some if you are. Again, the onus is not on us to do anything, the onus is on those making the positive claims to prove their point. They've had plenty of time to do it.
Wysong:
Thank you for your thoughts.I am not the enemy. Defending germ theory is not my mission. Truth is the goal. Your work in demonstrating that nobody can produce an isolated sample of a C19 virus is appreciated and very important. The absence of the virus along with a fake PCR test producing false "cases," no pathognomically identified C19 disease, no proven C19 deaths, and the flu and other diseases and deaths being misbranded C19 is proof of fraud. It should wake people up that government and other institutions with power and monied objectives should not be trusted. That said, diseases exist. They are dependent variable realities. It is reasonable to conclude they have independent variable causes. All effects have a cause. That is the reality faced by anyone trying to bring health and healing to people and animals. Human and veterinary physicians try (hopefully) to do what creates positive results based on what was learned in medical school and what experience teaches them over time in practice (the better educator). Kennel cough (similar syndromes in humans and multiple species) has a cause. For the reasons cited previously, it is reasonable to assume a transmissible agent of some sort. Unlike viruses, Bordetella is an easily identified microbe associated with the disease and can even be found attached to the cilia in the trachea of those affected. Vaccines are produced against it and ostensibly have been proven to be effective. Unlike the c19 virus, Bordetella cultures are readily available. That's some of the compelling evidence fitting the circumstance of the disease. Nothing else I have heard that has even been imagined fits the circumstance of the disease. Nor have any scientific studies been done proving alternate causes. So, the question is, even without any rigorous scientific studies, what is the most likely cause that can be addressed to cure or ameliorate the reality of this and other apparently transmissible diseases? As for parasites, many of which are visible to the naked eye and can even be handled and dissected, their relationship to disease is not easy to dismiss. Tapeworms, roundworms, hookworms, coccidia, and others are clearly associated with disease when they multiply to a point. Elimination of them brings health and healing. The life cycle of these agents is known and documented. For example, heartworm is proven to be passed from mosquitoes to dogs (and other species) and can result in adult worms lodging in the heart and threatening life. They can be removed by heart surgery pulling out worms up to a foot or more long. The result is a return to health for the animal. No scientific proof is necessary when the heart is obviously choked with worms any more than scientific proof is needed to believe a cut carotid artery must be occluded and repaired for deadly hypovolemic shock not to occur. The fact of disease is unassailable. The fact that there is a cause for every disease is also unassailable. There can't be one without the other. To deny that heartworms cause disease requires the absurd conclusion that failing hearts filled with worms is due to something other than the worms. All life on Earth requires or detracts in some manner from other life. To think the only predators we need to fear are other humans, lions, snakes, etc. does not fit nature itself. The anti-pathogen position needs to be modified to accommodate such realities or credibility is threatened.
Massey:
I don't know anyone says who says that dis-eases don't exist, or that there's aren't "independent variable" causes. Of course there are causes. Observing effects is not proof that "germs" caused the effects, or that there is 1 and only 1 causal factor. The germ theory people have yet to prove their case. What is reasonable about assuming a cause, especially when no microbe has been shown to cause any disease? I think that such an assumption is simply a result of conditioning, which is much more convenient for perps and controllers than for us to look at toxins, stress, etc. "Ostensibly have been proven"?! Show me the science! The existence of a particle is not proof that it causes disease. Associations are not proof of causation. This isn't rocket science. Please show me the actual science, if it exists. Otherwise all you have are assumptions of causation.Again, believe whatever you want. We've been led to believe that germ theory is actually backed by science and it's not true at all, to my knowledge.
Wysong:
What has been presented is based upon fact, not belief. Belief is the enemy of knowing and truth. These facts should not be dismissed out of hand if truth matters.
Granted C19 is a fraud and even the entire field of virology is suspect. But that does not obviate clear evidence showing transmissible disease exists. Otherwise, truth is being thrown out with the dirty viral, covid, government, pharma, bathwater.
Massey:
You've linked to a document labelled "USDA Summary of Studies Supporting USDA Product Licensure" lol, not an actually study. Hmm, might the "USDA" be biased when it comes to products that they licensed? And you're ignoring all the facts that don't fit the contagion myth. And I ask again, did you actually observe a "germ" jump from one animal to another and cause illness? Or did you simply observe animals getting sick and assume contagion? The only onus is on those making positive claims (you claiming causation by a microbe and contagion).
Wysong:
The study cited is an "actual study" reviewed by the USDA, not performed by it. The results of that study fit the experience of tens of thousands of clinicians, research facilities, kennel operations, and animal owners around the world.Animals and humans become ill. That is a fact we both agree on. Illness having a cause or causes is also a point of agreement. A few proofs of bacterial and parasitic causes and their cures have been given. Although many things can cause coughing in dogs, the proof that Bordetella is one such cause is compelling. There is no alternative explanation for hearts filled with worms failing other than the worms. Please provide any of "all the ignored facts that don't fit" the Dirofilaria and Bordetella cause examples given. And, most importantly, all the facts and studies that do fit causes other than those.
Massey:
If you want me to comment on the study, please give me the link to the study. A summary from the org that approved the drug is not my idea of reliable info. You have not provided any science showing proofs of bacterial or parasitic causes. I guess you must also think that there is no alternative explanation for houses surrounded by firetrucks burning, other than the firetrucks. I don't have time or energy to keep going in circles with you.
Wysong:
The circle would have ended in the beginning if there had been proof for alternate ("terrain") causes for the diseases described. Not only were there none presented better than mine, no "terrain" proof was provided at all. The obvious bacterial and parasitic causes (like hearts stuffed with worms!) can only be ignored (because of belief), not defeated. Hopefully, even though we have not benefited from the exchange, others might.
Massey:
So you need me to post proof that toxins are toxic, seriously? You think others need me to post proof that arsenic, lead, mercury, etc are harmful? That pharma drugs cause side effects? That what we eat matters? That the air we breath matters? That stress adversely affects health? Wow. I'm not the one claiming that a specific thing is the one cause of a specific condition. You're doing that. Hopefully others will see that.
Wysong:
Yes, it goes without saying that all the factors you mention can cause or contribute to disease. The claim that there are no infectious or parasitic diseases is at issue. The enthusiasm for inanimate terrain makes many not understand that microbes and parasites are part of the terrain. The heartworm and kennel cough examples were used to prove infectious and parasitic diseases exist. No proof has been given that there is any other cause.
Massey:
You didn't prove anything, you didn't even cite a study yet. You're just telling stories.Science isn't a process of making assumptions and then demanding the anyone who disagrees proves you wrong. Logic doesn't work that way either. Think what you like but you're not cited any proof.
Wysong:
A study and experiential evidence for Bordetella causation were cited. No study or evidence has been put forward to prove a different cause.A heart from a canine dead from heart malfunction was pictured laden with Dirofilaria worms. No study or evidence was presented that such death could be caused by anything other than the worms. Since the arguments being put forward are based on belief, this concludes my participation unless countering proofs, logic, or evidence are presented.
Massey:
You did not cite a title, authors, journal, nothing just a summary from the agency that approved a related drug. I don't need to disprove anything, that's not how burden of proof works. Simply cite a study backing up your claim. You've left so many comments but none with evidence. Not sure what you're trying to accomplish here.
Wysong:
