More Evidence the Earth Must Have a Radius Way Way Bigger Than We Have Been Taught

The bigger the lie the greater its acceptance because people cannot believe authority figures would ignore reality.

To find truth we must hate the lie more than love accepted beliefs.

FORWARD
The accepted cosmogony/cosmology (origin and nature of the universe) belief is:

A Big Bang of nothing created an infinite meaningless universe containing atomic dust that gravitationally accreted into heavenly bodies including our Earthball moving in several different directions at 2.8 million mph and holding an atmosphere next to the vacuum of space while spontaneously forming life from primeval sludge that then evolved into complicated rocks called humans with no free will.

Long ago it became clear to me that the materialistic evolutionary part of that credo was false.

But I was on board with the cosmology part. After all, we see rocket ships going to and fro, there is a "Space Force," pictures of Earth and planets abound, astronauts float around and in the International Space Station, thousands of people and billions of dollars support it, and, of course, "all" the experts believe.

To question this is to be a conspiracy theorist, misinformationist, or even a lunatic. Oh my, we must, after all, follow the crowd.

The idea that we are being lied to about space didn't even enter my mind until a few months ago when what was left of my naive and trusting innocence had been totally demolished with the COVID-19 fraud.

We, the crowd, extend our trust to institutions charged with looking after our interests. But government, Big Medicine, education, media, industry, Big Tech, science, and NASA chase money, their own security, and even power over us.

That should not inspire confidence in beliefs they create, promote, protect with censorship, and even demand acceptance of.

If we want truth, we have to find it ourselves. To do that requires the opposite of trusting in others. It means sleuthing what the powers that be try to hide from us in internet archives, banned videos, censored "disinformation," and what "fact checkers" say isn't so.

Probing into the subject I was stunned to learn that:

Nobody, including any scientist, can prove any aspect of the approved cosmogony/cosmology belief using experimentation and the scientific method.

That means unproven beliefs, stories, and even fakery are being passed off as science and truth.

This subject may seem inconsequential to everyday life. But that's only true if we aren't being lied to about it. If the truth is being hidden from us, we can be sure of one thing, it's not being done for our benefit.

Truth seekers learn that the scale and ostentatiousness of lies being fed to us means nothing can be tacitly trusted.

Everything of importance from government, media, industry, medicine, education, economics, science, history, religion, and popular society must be assumed to be false unless we prove otherwise by doing our homework and thinking critically.

This series will provide wake-up information to help you discover lies as big as the universe.

RADIO TRANSMISSIONS
Radio waves travel horizontally far greater distances than the claimed 3959-mile Earth radius would allow.

However, the ionosphere bounce could only be true for radio waves below 40 megahertz. Higher power waves (see A and B in above diagram) would pass right through the ionosphere. Other factors affecting transmissions include Line-of-sight propagation and tropospheric ducting.

Guglielmo Marconi (1874-1937) sent radio signals horizontally 1000s of miles. Since his transmissions were lower than 40 megahertz, the waves would have had to bounce back and forth over all that distance to reach their destination-- or, more likely, they didn't bounce at all and traveled horizontally.

LoRa is ultra-high frequency (UHF) radio transmission over 860 megahertz. Unlike the Marconi transmissions that may have bounced to their destinations, LoRa does not bounce.

MICROWAVES
Microwave frequency ranges between 300 MHz and 300 GHz. The range is 50 to 250 Miles with a 99.9% success rate of reliability.

Microwaves don't diffract around hills as radio waves can and thus only travel horizontally by line-of-site for about 40 miles.

If Earth has a 3959-mile radius, the microwave transmissions would, at 40 miles, miss their target by being over 1000 ft. above the Earth's curved surface. The drop is calculated by 8 inches per mile squared.

CANALS AND RIVERS
The Suez Canal is 120 mi long from the Mediterranean to the Red Sea with no locks. There should be a drop due to curvature of 9,600 feet. But it's level the entire way.

The Panama Canal is about 50 miles long and should drop 1,666 feet due to earth curvature. But it doesn't.

There is a system of locks there to raise boats due to the mountains and to adjust between the difference in sea levels on each end of the canal. Each section of water is level.

The Grand Canal in China is over 1000 miles long. No accommodation for a 3959 Earth Radius is made anywhere along its length including a 150 mile stretch shown here.

In those 150 miles, the water should have curved down almost three miles making the canal a torrent, not a lazy canal.

The Nile River flows more than 4000 miles to reach the Mediterranean Sea. If the Earth has the curve claimed, the Nile would have to climb over 500 miles of Earth's curve. But there is no evidence it does so.

SPECULAR REFLECTION
Specular reflection is the mirror-like reflection of light from a surface. If water is level, light beams are mirrored in a trail along the surface. If water were curved, the light would reflect up and away corresponding to the angle created by the source incident rays.

WATER HORIZON
Earth is over 70% water. As far as vision allows, water is always level and does not curve and drop as an Earth 3959-mile radius calculation would demand.

The horizon over water is always horizontal. (Horizon is derived from the word horizon.) Water level, not water curve, describes the state of water.

IMPOSSIBLE WATER HILL
Since the earth is said to be over 70% water, it's essentially a water ball with gigantic water hills around its circumference.

But there is no scientific proof water can form hills.

This simple fact--water cannot form a hill--known by everyone on Earth, dismantles all of modern cosmology and cosmogony. If water does not curve, Earth is not the ball advertised. Then the entire propagandized universe falls apart--Big Bang, gravity accreting planets and stars, expanding universe, solar and star systems, dark matter, dark energy, space vacuum, space travel, etc.)

HORIZON RISES WITH A PLANAR EARTH
If the earth curves down and away, the horizon should drop down and away with increasing altitude. But it doesn't. Instead, it rises with the ascent as would occur over a level surface.

STARS RISING
With the claimed Earth radius, increased elevation into the sky should result in seeing more stars as they appear to rise over the edge of the globe. But that's not what happens.

CONSTELLATIONS
Ursa major, minor, and the Polaris star can be seen from the 30th S latitude at the bottom part of the 3959 radius globe. They should be hidden by the Earth's curve.

AIRPLANE WINDOWS AND FISHEYE CAMERAS
A sloped horizon seen out an airplane window at 30,000 ft., or from a balloon, is due to curvature in the window or fisheye camera lens. The curve of the Earth would simply not be discernable at any airplane height.

Dr. Wyson,

I sent a link to your latest article to a local radio show hosts you manages all the radio towers for KMED and is a great talk show host himself exposing all the communist agenda. HOWEVER... he believes we are a ball spinning through space and thinks he sees the curvature of the earth when flying in a plane. He wrote me back this comment regarding radio waves: "No, not buying it. Ground radio is very strong the lower in frequency you go. Ultra Low Frequency travels through the earth's crust and water which is why it's used still for submarine communications." Bill Meyer

What would be your response to his comments/beliefs please?

Thank you for writing and trying to spread truth.

Below the ---------- may answer your question but will unlikely dissuade someone with a globe belief.

They need to provide proof of:
• Earth radius
• Gas pressure next to a vacuum
• Big Bang of nothing creating everything, including the information and staggering complexity of living organisms
• A “gravity” force capable of coalescing Big Bang gasses into balls like planets
• The ability of water to form hills
• Proof of Earth spinning, rotating, and gyrating through space at 2.8 million mph
• Space travel
• Unknown dark matter and energy making up 96% of the universe

We’ve already seen that radio waves do not penetrate the ionosphere. We should explain that this refers to radio waves of up to 40MHz, the highest frequency bounced off the ionosphere. Why do radio waves bounce back?
As we mentioned, the ionosphere is partly ionized.

This is because the UV light from the sun causes electrons to shake free from atoms, leaving a large proportion of free electrons hanging about in the ionosphere. When a radio wave hits the ionosphere, the energy created by the free electrons, as a result, causes the radio waves to be repelled or reflected.

So, we know that radio waves up to 40MHz won’t pass through an ionized layer in the atmosphere. Remember that we explained the perceived limitations of radio transmissions before Marconi’s discovery. A line of sight was necessary, without obstructions, for successful transmission.

In some radio transmissions, interference can be caused by the waves being blocked by materials that they cannot penetrate. While radio waves can move through wood, bricks, and concrete to a certain extent, these materials can still cause interference. This is because radio waves meeting such objects can be reflected from buildings and other large structures, just like the ionosphere. This explains why the reception of radios and other radio frequency devices such as smartphones vary between locations.

For the record, as it covers a large bandwidth necessarily, television signals need to be above 40MHz so they cannot be bounced off the ionosphere, hence the tall towers in high locations used for TV transmissions.

Radio waves will also be adversely affected by metal and water, which they cannot pass through. That is because water and metal are both electrical conductors. Like the ionosphere, metal and water contain many free electrons, which will vibrate when a radio wave hits the surface, and the wave will bounce back.
