Skepticism should be the rule
The first inclination toward the media must be skepticism, not trust and blind acceptance. Look for what is banned, censored, contrary to fact-checkers, so-called conspiracy theories, and the opposite of political bloviating.
 
Concerning Ukraine--if the scale of real human damage matters--that's a sideshow, a distraction from the COVID atrocities in our own homes and around the world. Now that the evidence of COVID criminal fraud and capital murder has become overwhelming, the perpetrators would like nothing more than for people to hide under their desks (as we used to do in school during the cold war) quaking in fear of the evil Russian nuclear missiles headed toward them.
 
Vaccine injuries and deaths, not Ukraine, should be the front page news
As of about March 2022, official government health statistics for some countries in Europe and the United States show about 75,000 vaccine deaths and 5 million vaccine adverse events reported by pro-vaccine people.
 
Add two zeros to those numbers for a more realistic tally due to underreporting=7,500,000 deaths and 500,000,000 adverse reactions, not including the rest of the world. (source)
 
Corroboration of this human damage comes from an analysis of excess mortality. "An 84% increase in deaths after COVID shots, 61,000 excess deaths; This is what we call democide--death by government."

Nobody needs to fake COVID vaccine injuries and deaths, they are horrifyingly real.
 
There is a great awakening for anyone who will look at the facts. For example, a doctor who promoted the vaccines on the internet with hundreds of millions of views, with chagrin, now realizes he was misled and misled his audience.

Honest reporting on the real calamity facing the world--COVID vaccine injuries and deaths--is hard to find. The media is too busy stuffing body bags with living people for Ukraine and climate change photo ops and taking credit for vanquishing a plague that never was.
 
The keys for discerning COVID truth
Even Fox, alternative media, scientists, doctors, and politicians critical of COVID policies must be viewed suspiciously if they assume and promote that which is not true.
 
If anyone promotes or assumes these untruths, view them with suspicion--

• COVID-19 as a real virus
• Laboratory or animal origin of the fake virus
• A test that can reliably detect this fake virus
• Cases of a disease caused by this fake virus
• Treatments for this fake virus
• Hospitalizations, disease, and deaths from this fake virus
• Variants of this fake virus
• How disinfecting, distancing, lockdowns, masking, tacking, etc., fight the fake virus
• Vaccines for this fake virus
• How natural immunity is superior to vaccinations for the fake virus

 
In short, anything that is said that legitimizes in any way a fake virus and a fake pandemic caused by it is false and misleading. (Documentation for these assertions found here.)
 
That doesn't mean everything else a source may present is false and worthless. But anything they say that is colored by the assumption that there is a real C-19 virus, real test for it, and real pandemic must be dismissed.
 
Ignoring the true plague--vaccine injuries and deaths--is unforgivable.
