Spaceships have put men on the moon, peppered the heavens with thousands of satellites, placed telescopes there to pan the universe, protected us from killer asteroids, traveled to the sun and planets, and even headed beyond the solar system.
 
That is what we are told, shown images and movies of, and everyone (almost) believes.
 
I recently posted this question on Quora: Are we being lied to about space travel? Someone responded, "No, we are not (it is not likely that anybody lies about the public facts)"
 
Alrighty then.
 
Setting aside popularity as a sure road to truth, here are reasons space travel cannot be true.
 
DO ROCKETS WORK IN A VACUUM?
Rockets in space would have no air resistance for their blast to push against.

Experiments that attempt to prove otherwise are done under vacuum but within containers that provide a surface a rocket blast can push against. There is no wall in space. It would be fundamental to a meaningful experiment that the variable, walls, be eliminated.
 
However, there is no circumstance on Earth that could replicate the vacuum of space where there are no walls. That means there have been no experiments on Earth that duplicate a rocket in space. That means NASA and others supposedly put people in rocket ships and sent them into and through a space vacuum not knowing for certain if the rocket could be propelled or directed.
 
That would be a ridiculous proposition for anyone asked to climb onboard such an untested rocket which would, for example, travel a quarter million miles to the moon and back through a vacuum.

​Not only that, a vacuum can result in cold welding of metal parts. Since spacecrafts are made of metal parts, imagine the disasters that could create.

 
CLAIMS ARE NOT PROOF
The belief in the big bang spinning ball infinite universe cosmology, like religion, is deeply and emotionally held. When challenged, what immediately comes to mind for believers is disbelief that we could be lied to when NASA space missions are numerous and impressive.
 
However, wisdom dictates that governments should be doubted until proven otherwise.
 
 
PROOF NEEDED
A list of claims, no matter how impressive, is not science or proof.
 
The necessary starting point to prove space travel is a demonstration of how Earth's atmosphere can exist next to the vacuum of space without an impenetrable barrier. That proof supposedly consists of a hypothetical force, gravity, defeating Boyles laws, the ideal gas law, and the second law of thermodynamics that demand that a gas cannot exist next to a vacuum without a barrier.
 
That essential scientific proof has never been provided.
 
Believers say, aha, but there's a gradient from low atmospheric pressure to high pressure with decreasing altitude. That proves gravity can squish the atmosphere down to Earth thus protecting it from the vacuum of space and obviating the need for a barrier.
 
They say that should be no surprise since gravity causes oceans to cling to earth as well as countless quadrillions of celestial bodies weighing countless quadrillions of tons to be held in precise relationships with one another while traveling in various directions at millions of mph in the universe.
 
But that is a story, a claim. It fits the definition of pretend science, pseudoscience: "Pseudoscience consists of statements, beliefs, or practices that claim to be both scientific and factual but are incompatible with the scientific method."--Wikipedia
 
The pressure gradient in the atmosphere is primarily because all gases are generated at ground level making their concentration and pressure there the greatest. For example, water evaporates at ground level creating a high concentration of water vapor there compared to the stratosphere and above. Water gas then rises, unabated by hypothetical gravity, coalesces into clouds in the troposphere due to lower temperature, then falls to Earth because raindrops are denser than the air medium. SPACE ROCKS APLENTY
Going through the asteroid belt and elsewhere would be an insoluble problem.

AN INCALCULABLE CALCULATION
Imagine your life depended on hitting a target with a bullet while both you and the target were moving at all, let alone 2.8 million mph in all sorts of different directions. A space rocket would be such a bullet.
 
Imagine the unimaginable computation necessary to send a spaceship anywhere in space, much less return, while the Earth and destinations supposedly spin, rotate, and gyrate (at unproven rates) through space at a combined unproven 2.8 million mph. These vectors and speeds have never been calculated for any spaceship bullet.

The calculations cannot be made because of the three-body problem-- the position of any of the three cannot be determined when under the supposed force of gravity and other forces of motion pulling and pushing at them while they are traveling at such incredible speeds.

​CGI CAN PROVE ANYTHING
Images of rockets, people, satellites, telescopes, planets, people, cars, etc. in space are the primary reason people believe in the spinning ball infinite universe story.
 
But real space photos and videos from spaceships are absent. Instead, there are Hollywood movie-type computer graphic images(CGI)--and not of a quality justifying the sixty-eight million dollars a day NASA receives.
 
For example, the blue ball-Earth in the background of this image of Artemis 1 is CGI fake. It is a fraud.

​So, the Artemis 1 spaceship in the picture must also be considered fraudulent based on the common law maxim that any element of fraud vitiates anything it touches. 
 
And that maxim is borne out by an analysis of the Artemis 1 image compared to actual photography and videography.

The scientific laws governing gases prove there must be an impenetrable barrier between the Earth's atmosphere and the vacuum of space. That precludes space travel because punching a hole in it would cause Earth's atmosphere to escape.

​According to NASA, "A cloud of cold, charged gas around Earth, called the plasmasphere and seen here in purple, interacts with the particles in Earth's radiation belts—shown in grey—to create an impenetrable barrier that blocks the fastest electrons from moving in closer to our planet."
 
Whether this constitutes the full nature of the barrier is not known. What is known is that "The inner and outer doughnut-shaped Van Allen radiation belts that surround Earth pose a hazard to all spacecraft that pass through them, because the highly energized ions and electrons within the radiation belts can degrade spacecraft electronic circuits, produce logic upsets in computers, cause solar power systems to lose effectiveness and harm optical sensors, including scientific instruments." After NASA sent probes with Geiger counters into the radiation belts, James Van Allen, the discoverer of the radiation belts said of them: "One hundred times more radioactive than a lethal dose" and "One thousand times more lethal than expected … an obstacle for practical space travel to the moon and beyond … Our measurements show that the maximum radiation level as of 1958 is equivalent to between ten and one hundred roentgens per hour, depending on the still undetermined proportion of protons to electrons. Since a human being exposed for two days to even ten roentgens would have only an even chance of survival, the radiation belts obviously present an obstacle to space flight."
​
This is not to mention that humans are fundamentally electromagnetic circuitry. If riding in a spaceship, they would be damaged just like the ship's electronics.
 
These belts are essential to shielding humans and electronics on Earth from radiation, cosmic rays, electrons, quanta, photons, and who knows what else hostile to human and machine lies beyond them.
 
We and our machines need the Earth home and its protective barrier to survive.

​THE MAN ON THE MOON PROBLEM
So, before getting too excited about the "rocket science" supposedly putting cars, telescopes, probes, weapons, satellites, and cruise ships in space, ask the question: Why, if NASA could put people on the moon fifty years ago--using primitive technology compared to today (all of NASA's computers combined in the 1960s does not equal one cell phone), have we not colonized and mined the moon by now?
 
The answer is, evidently, because humans never went and still can't.
 
The fraudulent video productions of moon landings, spacewalks, the ISS, and other space shenanigans featuring actornauts will be demonstrated in a coming Part.
