Therefore, the right to hear or express speech is fundamental to human life. In a free speech marketplace, truth has a chance to emerge and is the only chance we have for advancing ourselves and society.
 
Truth is cast aside by those wishing to impose their will on us by dictate and censoring.
 
America, once a haven of free speech mandated by Constitutional law, has become a cesspool of censoring, bogus fact-checking, and ad hominems against anyone who dares question mainstream. (source)
 
A general rule now is that whatever is mainstream is false; whatever is buried or demeaned by google, other media, big business, and government is likely where truth lies.

​Our pressing need is to recognize propaganda and the censoring that enables it. Standing in the way of that are the evocative promises of the peddlers of pandemics, viruses, vaccines, climate change, unsafe medical interventions, fascist communism, fake materialistic cosmologies/cosmogonies, evolutionism, transhumanism, woke insanity, depopulation, and a new world order.
 
 
Free Speech Is Essential
Criticizing government, crucial to keeping it in line, is now called insurrection, sedition, violence, and terrorism by the media and government (same thing).
 
In fact, as argued by Justice Brennan, inaccurate speech ("disinformation") is supposed to be protected: "… erroneous statement is inevitable in free debate, and ... it must be protected if the freedoms of expression are to have the 'breathing space' that they need to survive." The USA is founded on the "profound national commitment to the principle that debate on public issues should be uninhibited, robust, and wide-open, and that it may well include vehement, caustic, and sometimes unpleasantly sharp attacks on government and public officials." Doctors Speaking COVID Truth Are Censored and Stripped of License
No wonder practically the entire medical community got on board with the COVID hoax:

Peer Review
Fact-checkers and others on the mainstream bandwagon insist that those opposed are conspiracy theorists not supported by peer-reviewed publications. However, peer review has become a means to purge publications of anything that does not fit approved standard fare. For example, Elselvier publishing scrubbed a paper demonstrating the causal relationship between COVID and myocarditis. (source)
 
There are many scientific papers proving COVID fraud and the dangers and damage done by "approved" pandemic policies, treatments, and vaccines. Some have seen the light of day, some of those have since been censored, and many were dismissed out of hand.
